A man of conviction, quiet strength, and unwavering loyalty, Charley is someone you want in your corner. He's the kind of person who shows up without being asked, puts others before himself, and believes that trust isn't something you ask for—it's something you earn through your actions.

A proud U.S. Army veteran and former Ranger, Charley served six years from 2007 to 2013, including service during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. His military experience reinforced values that remain central to who he is today: integrity, discipline, accountability, and an unshakable commitment to the people who depend on him.

With more than 18 years of hands-on home renovation experience and 15 years in manufacturing, Charley brings more than technical knowledge to the table. He brings pride in his craftsmanship, an eye for the details others might overlook, and a determination to see every job through. He doesn't believe in cutting corners or making excuses. If something needs to be done, he'll find a way to get it done—and get it done right.

But perhaps his greatest strength isn't what he can build with his hands. It's the confidence people have in him.

Loyal to his core and dependable by nature, Charley values honesty, consistency, and doing right by others, even when no one is watching. He's not someone who needs to be the loudest person in the room to make an impression. His character speaks for itself. Whether it's family, friends, or the people he works alongside, he believes relationships are built on respect, trust, and showing up for one another.

And while he's serious about his responsibilities, he's equally serious about enjoying the life he works so hard to create.

Family is his greatest priority. Fitness is a passion. Personal growth is a constant pursuit. Whether he's lifting weights, tackling another renovation, exploring a new opportunity, or cheering on Notre Dame, the Pittsburgh Steelers, or the Atlanta Braves, Charley brings the same dedication to the things he loves.
